Refunds, Returns & Repairs Policy

1. Returns

You may request a full refund within 48 hours of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition.

  • The original receipt and authenticity certificate are included.

  • The refund request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

After 48 hours, a 60% reduction will apply to the refundable amount.

Please note: Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. To obtain a different item, please follow the refund procedure and place a new order.

3. Repairs

If your item requires repair due to a manufacturing issue, we are happy to assist. Repair requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the following conditions apply:

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

  • The item must be returned to us for assessment.
