Refunds, Returns & Repairs Policy
1. Returns
You may request a full refund within 48 hours of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
The item is in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition.
The original receipt and authenticity certificate are included.
The refund request is submitted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
After 48 hours, a 60% reduction will apply to the refundable amount.
Please note: Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. To obtain a different item, please follow the refund procedure and place a new order.
3. Repairs
If your item requires repair due to a manufacturing issue, we are happy to assist. Repair requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the following conditions apply:
Proof of purchase must be provided.
The item must be returned to us for assessment.
