Your custom design begins by choosing the details that matter most, from the diamond shape and carat size to the metal, setting, and finishing touches. The design is then refined through CAD technology, allowing you to review and approve the piece before it is carefully crafted, polished, and quality checked.
Can I book a viewing before buying?
Yes. You can book an in-person or virtual viewing for selected products. Our team can show you the piece, answer questions, and guide you through sizing, customization, and availability.
How long does custom jewelry take?
Custom and made-to-order pieces usually take longer than ready designs because they require design confirmation, crafting, polishing, and quality checks before delivery.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. LumiLuxe ships to over 50 countries, making it possible to order our jewelry from almost anywhere in the world.
How long does shipping take?
Standard delivery usually takes around 8 business days. Customized or made-to-order products may take longer depending on the design and production time.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order is ready and dispatched, you will receive shipping details and tracking information so you can follow your delivery.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all certificates, tags, documentation, and proof of purchase.
Which items cannot be returned?
Custom or personalized jewelry, engraved items, resized pieces, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
How do I start a return?
To request a return, contact luminluxedubai@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
