Return and Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all certificates, tags, and documentation included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For diamond jewelry, items must not show any signs of wear, resizing, damage, or alteration.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom or personalized jewelry
Engraved items
Resized pieces
Items marked as final sale
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at luminluxedubai@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Meydan Grandstand, 6th Floor, Al Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Nadd Al Shiba First, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the expected time, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at luminluxedubai@gmail.com.
